NO SHOW/ LATE CANCELLATION POLICY All appointments not cancelled within 24 hours prior to the appointment time are subject to a 6O% on the service booked fee. The 60% fee will be charged to you for a missed appointment. Payment of the missed appointment fee is required before you will be allowed to schedule another appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify the office as soon as possible so that another patient may use the time slot.

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with a product, please return the unused portion of the product along with the receipt within 14 days, and we will gladly issue you a TPS studio credit for future use.
