WE UNDERSTAND THAT COVID-19 IS CONTINUING TO SPREAD ACROSS THE UNITED STATES, BUT IS UP TO US TO TAKE THE PRECAUTIONS WE CANT O SLOW AND STOP THE SPREAD. BEAUSE OF THAT, THE FOLLOWING POLICIES WILL BE IMPLEMENTED IMMEDIATELY IN ACCORDANCE WIHT THE STAE OF CALIFORNIA, THE CALIFORNIA STATE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY, AND THE PURE SKIN.


  • MASK/ FACE COVERING MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIME IF YOU ARRIVE WITHOUT A MASK/ FACE COVERING, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE (IF YOU ARE RECEIVING A FACIAL IT WILL BE REMOVED BEFORE YOU APPOINTMENT)

  • IN ORDER TO REDUCE TRAFFIC IN OUR WAITING ROOM, PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR CAR AND WAIT FOR MY PHONE CALL OR TEXT TO INFORM THAT IS APPROPRIATE TO ENTER. 

  • WE WILL ASK YOU TO WASH YOUR HANDS FOR 20 SECONDS BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR SERVICE. 

  • YOUR TEMPERATURE WILL BE TAKEN UPON ARRIVAL, AND IF IS ABOVE 100 DEGREES, YOU WILL KINDLY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE WITH NO PENALTIES. (PLEASE CHECK YOUR TEMPERATURE AT HOME BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, AND CALL IMMEDIATELY IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE)

  • ALL GIFT CARD WILL REMAIN "EMAIL-GIFT" FOR THE TIME BEING.CAN BE EMAILED DIRECTLY TO YOU OR THE RECIPIENT.

  • ALL CLIENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT THEIR NEW PAPERWORK ON OUR WEBSITE ELECTRONICALLY.

  • (FOR THE TIME BEING) WE WILL NOT LONGER HAVE OUR FACIAL CLIENTS CHANGE INTO A ROBE OR GOWN.




YOUR HEALTH IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY WITH CERTIFICATION UNDER THE CALIFORNIA STATE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY, WE HAVE ALWAYS MAINTAINED INFECTION CONTROL TO HIGHEST STANDARDS. BEYOND THE NORMAL REQUIREMENTS, WE WILL BE SPENDING EXTRA TIME DISINFECTION THROUGHOUT THE DAY! IN ADDITION, I WILL BE WEARING FACE MASKS AND FACE SHIELDS.I

TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, YOU MAY USE OUR CONVENIENT ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM.
Last-minute appointments (in the next three hours) require phone, text, or email. If you have a question or need assistance, don’t hesitate to call or email.

PLEASE NOTE that as a small busy studio, we are not always able to return your call on the same day, but we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re ready.

NO SHOW/ LATE CANCELLATION POLICY 

t’s important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments through THE PURE SKIN are subject to the following terms:


  • We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments; 24hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups of three or more appointments,
  • ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT POLICY’S HOURS’ NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 60% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
  • ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
  • Appointments that are booked within the 12-8-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
  • FOR A SCHEDULED TREATMENT USING YOUR GIFT CARD/CERTIFICATE OR MONTHLY ACCRUED MEMBER CREDIT- IT WILL BE CONSIDERED REDEEMED AND VOIDED ON THE DATE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
  • As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.

APPOINTMENT FORM- You will receive an email with the consultation form attached. Please take a few moments to fill out the CONSULTATION  FORM before the appointment. This will allow RM to better understand our needs and tailor our services to meet your expectations. 

TIME: As small business please arrive at least 10-5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.

LATE ARRIVALS may result in shortened treatment times.

SILENCE YOUR DEVICES To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, silence your cell phone or electronic devices before entering the studio area.
Communicate any preferences or concerns you have with your esthetician before the treatment begins. This includes discussing any allergies, sensitivities, or areas of focus.

RESPECT THE QUIET ZONE: The studio  is a place of tranquility and relaxation. Speak softly and avoid loud conversations in common
areas. 


Avoid lingering in common areas or treatment rooms after your session has ended.

HYGIENE:  Practice good personal hygiene.

Attire: Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment and remove any jewelry or accessories that may interfere with your treatment. Your esthetician will provide you with appropriate gowns or towels as needed.


NO EXTRA GUESTS 
Keeping the number of people in the building to a minimum. 


WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
Therapists may terminate service when experiencing a client's inappropriate language or action.

RESERVATIONS
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. While every effort is made to provide a courtesy confirmation, please be sure to call us to verify your appointment time and services.

RETURN
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with a product, please return the unused portion of the product along with the receipt within 14 days, and we will gladly issue you a TPS studio credit for future use.

  • GIFT CARD DISCOUNT IS ONLY VALID AS GIFT, NOT PERSONAL GIFT
  • Valid only for option purchased. 
  • All goods or services must be used by the same person. 
  • Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.
  • It may not be used on the same day of purchase.
  • Purchases made on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Paid value of expired vouchers is valid only for services, not retail products.
  • Services are often bought in packages or bundles of 2 or more and paid for ahead. These services are refundable back to the method of payment if a refund is requested immediately or within 48 working hours if treatment has not already started and client changes their mind.
    Where treatment has already commenced, for example one treatment in a package of 3 has already been performed, these partially used packages are not refundable with cash. In the event that a service has been paid for as part of a package but not yet used past the 48 hrs or partially used but the client no longer wishes to receive that particular service, another service or products will be made available to the client to chose from to the exact amount remaining on the account.
  • NOTICE: Occasionally, unforeseen problems may occur, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. We will make
    every effort to notify you prior to your arrival to the office. ​Please be understanding if we cause you any inconvenience.
