WHAT IS A DERMAGLOW COLLAGEN INDUCTION THERAPY AND WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING THE TREATMENT?
DERMAGLOW Induction  Therapy improves the appearance of skin that has been afflicted with past conditions that may have resulted in hyper-pigmentation, red spots, uneven skin texture, and scars. This therapy is only suitable for when the skin is functioning optimally—we do not perform this treatment if the skin is currently experiencing an immune response.
After your first session, you can expect your skin to feel active and moisturized, though slightly tight. You may resume your routine as soon as you finish. However, if you have sensitive skin, you may experience temporary irritation, might feel a little hot or red that evening into the next day. Some people may experience mild peeling around the nose and mouth, particularly if they have dehydrated skin. This is expected and desirable, though it is perfectly OK if it isn’t noticeable. You will be given precise directions, worksheets.

HOW DOES SKIN CHANGE POST TREATMENT?
The treatment starts by restoring even skin tone and a radiant complexion – a great way to get an instant and gradual lightening effect. As it reduces melanin content in the skin, there is lesser skin discoloration too. Post-treatment, expect some mild redness that typically lasts for a day or so. Some peeling around the nose and mouth, particularly for those with dehydrated skin, may also occur.


HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE NEEDED AND HOW LONG DOES THE TREATMENT LAST?
Ranging from a couple to multiple sessions, treatments vary. In most cases, the effect can be seen soon enough (1 - 2 sessions) and this is why the Derma Glow treatment is a great option for events and special occasions. Bride to be? This could be a great option to get that all glowing look! The effect might only last for a few days to a week if you are a first timer. More maintenance would have to be done (2 or 3 times), and the effect would be more pronounced and longer lasting. Then, it would last from 6 months up to one year. Treatments can be done every 2-4 weeks.

What happens inside the epidermis after DERMAGLOW Collagen Induction Therapy?
  • Nano Technology safely infuses Anti-aging components, including peptides, Hyaluronic acid, Plant Extracts serums, and antioxidants such as vitamins A, E, and C. It results in epidermal growth, epidermal thickening, which results in the up-regulation of cell functions.

NO SHOW/ LATE CANCELLATION POLICY 

t’s important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments through THE PURE SKIN are subject to the following terms:


  • We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments; 24hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups of three or more appointments,
  • ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT POLICY’S HOURS’ NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 60% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
  • ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
  • Appointments that are booked within the 12-8-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
  • FOR A SCHEDULED TREATMENT USING YOUR GIFT CARD/CERTIFICATE OR MONTHLY ACCRUED MEMBER CREDIT- IT WILL BE CONSIDERED REDEEMED AND VOIDED ON THE DATE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
  • As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.

APPOINTMENT FORM- You will receive an email with the consultation form attached. Please take a few moments to fill out the CONSULTATION  FORM before the appointment. This will allow RM to better understand our needs and tailor our services to meet your expectations. 

TIME: As small business please arrive at least 10-5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.

LATE ARRIVALS may result in shortened treatment times.

SILENCE YOUR DEVICES To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, silence your cell phone or electronic devices before entering the studio area.
Communicate any preferences or concerns you have with your esthetician before the treatment begins. This includes discussing any allergies, sensitivities, or areas of focus.

RESPECT THE QUIET ZONE: The studio  is a place of tranquility and relaxation. Speak softly and avoid loud conversations in common
areas. 


Avoid lingering in common areas or treatment rooms after your session has ended.

HYGIENE:  Practice good personal hygiene.

Attire: Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment and remove any jewelry or accessories that may interfere with your treatment. Your esthetician will provide you with appropriate gowns or towels as needed.


NO EXTRA GUESTS

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
Therapists may terminate service when experiencing a client's inappropriate language or action.

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. While every effort is made to provide a courtesy confirmation, please be sure to call us to verify your appointment time and services.

RETURN
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with a product, please return the unused portion of the product along with the receipt within 14 days, and we will gladly issue you a TPS studio credit for future use.

    Where treatment has already commenced, for example one treatment in a package of 3 has already been performed, these partially used packages are not refundable with cash. In the event that a service has been paid for as part of a package but not yet used past the 48 hrs or partially used but the client no longer wishes to receive that particular service, another service or products will be made available to the client to chose from to the exact amount remaining on the account.
  • NOTICE: Occasionally, unforeseen problems may occur, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. We will make
    every effort to notify you prior to your arrival to the office. ​Please be understanding if we cause you any inconvenience.
