Our Gentleman's Oxygen Facial provides a customized treatment that includes deep pore cleansing, exfoliation, and a soothing masque. This facial helps repair the damage caused by daily shaving, skin sensitivity, dullness, aging, and the environmental impact of both city and outdoor living. Ideal for men who like to look and feel their best, the experience ends with a relaxing head, neck, shoulder massage, and skincare advice on preventing razor burn and inflammation due to skin sensitivity.

TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, YOU MAY USE OUR CONVENIENT ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM.
Last-minute appointments (in the next three hours) require phone, text, or email. If you have a question or need assistance, don’t hesitate to call or email.

LATE ARRIVAL 
Your treatment will be modified to maximize my remaining scheduled time. ThePureSkin is unable to compromise its next service. 

PLEASE NOTE that as a small busy studio, we are not always able to return your call on the same day, but we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re ready.

NO SHOW/ LATE CANCELLATION POLICY 

t’s important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments through THE PURE SKIN are subject to the following terms:

  • We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments; 24hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups of three or more appointments,
  • ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT POLICY’S HOURS’ NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 60% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
  • ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
  • Appointments that are booked within the 12-8-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
  • FOR A SCHEDULED TREATMENT USING YOUR GIFT CARD/CERTIFICATE OR MONTHLY ACCRUED MEMBER CREDIT- IT WILL BE CONSIDERED REDEEMED AND VOIDED ON THE DATE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
  • As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.

PRE-APPOINTMENT FORM- You must fill out the CONSULTATION AND COVID-19 PRE-APPOINTMENT SCREENING FORM before the appointment.

PLEASE TURN CELL PHONES OFF or VIBRATE AND REFRAIN FROM USING THEM IN THE STUDIO.

RESERVATIONS
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. While every effort is made to provide a courtesy confirmation, please be sure to call us to verify your appointment time and services.


RETURN
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with a product, please return the unused portion of the product along with the receipt within 14 days, and we will gladly issue you a TPS studio credit for future use.

  • Appointments canceled, missed, or changed without 24-hour's notice will be taken and deducted from the client's special or package.
  • All pre-pay packages or specials have a 12-MONTH EXPIRY on the redemption of treatments.

  • Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed voucher price). 
  • Limit 1 per person; may buy 1 additional as gift(s). 
  • Valid only for option purchased. 
  • All goods or services must be used by the same person. 
  • Photo ID required.
  • Must sign waiver.
  • Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.
  • This Service Can't Combine With Other Coupons.
  • It may not be used on the same day of purchase.
  • Purchases made on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Paid value of expired vouchers is valid only for services, not retail products.
  • Services are often bought in packages or bundles of 2 or more and paid for ahead. These services are refundable back to the method of payment if a refund is requested immediately or within 48 working hours if treatment has not already started and client changes their mind.
    Where treatment has already commenced, for example one treatment in a package of 3 has already been performed, these partially used packages are not refundable with cash. In the event that a service has been paid for as part of a package but not yet used past the 48 hrs or partially used but the client no longer wishes to receive that particular service, another service or products will be made available to the client to chose from to the exact amount remaining on the account

COVID-19 POLICY 
WE ARE UNDER STRICT SAFETY PROTOCOLS- PPE, Facial bed shield covering, Fogger machine, UV light, HEPA air filters, offering disposable mini face N95 mask covering for treatments, keeping our windows next to the facial bed open. We are limiting the number of patients in the office and will be spending extra time disinfection, and I will be wearing an N95 mask and face shields.
